A never ending list of birds spotted including the Black Necked Grebe. Located just outside Bury St Edmunds (Grid ref TL 799706). Rougham Airfield - Two miles east of Bury St Edmunds. Various events held throughout the year. Bury St Edmunds Market - The biggest street market in East Anglia. Held every Wednesday and Saturday. The Theatre Royal - One of the oldest and smallest working theatres in the country. St Edmundsbury Cathedral & Abbey Gardens - A magnificent 16th century church, transformed into a cathedral this century, situated in the beautiful Abbey Gardens. The Nutshell Public House - Reputed to be the smallest pub in Britain. Greene King Visitors Centre - Celebrating over 200 years of Brewing in Bury St Edmunds. Ickworth House, Horringer - Three miles from Bury city centre. A National Trust property with its 100ft high oval rotunda. The Arc - Modern Shopping Centre recently openned. Bury St Edmunds Tourism - A useful site for when you come to stay.
